  • Traffic, accidents, or road closures, even those outside your area, can affect the timing of the entire route.

  • Items Not Curbside at Time of Pickup
  • A special return pickup can be requested for a transport fee. Scheduling options depend on current availability and demand.
  • If a return trip is not scheduled, items will automatically be collected on your next regular pickup day.

Common Questions

  • I have extra trash this week, what should I do?

For extra trash, please call ahead to schedule it with the office to ensure no items are left behind.

There may be an additional charge to take what is above your service volume. You can always increase your service if you regularly are needing extra trash removed.

  • How much will it cost to remove my bulk item?

Charges for bulk items vary depending on weight and volume. If you have multiple items or something that varies in size like a sectional, we may ask for a photo to ensure we provide you an accurate quote.

  • What should I do with unacceptable items?

There are plenty of local resources set up for disposing of hazardous waste items. Please refer to your local municipalties websites first to see if their is something set up through them before looking into third party options.

  • Why does my trash need to be bagged?

By making sure your loose trash is bagged, we can ensure your pickup is completed smoothly. Our team does not have the equipment to pickup loose trash. On windy days, loose trash can also spread throughout neighboring properties due to them not being bagged.

Please Note: Grocery sized bags or smaller may also be considered loose trash.

  • How do I know how much trash I am allowed?

Your service volume will be listed on your invoice as a line item. The number before "Can Service" stands for the number of gallons your current service includes. If you are unsure, please call the office.

For reference, most standard kitchen sized trash bags are 13G.

  • How do I know what size my can is?

Most cans say what size they are either on the side OR on the bottom of the can.

The most common sizes are: 35G, 64G, 96G.

To know if you are within your service volume, please reference the line item on your invoice.
