General Service Guidelines
Container Guidelines
To ensure safe and efficient collection, please do not overload containers, as this can create safety hazards and lead to waste spilling onto the ground.
Overloaded or improperly packed containers may not be serviced. For everyone's safety, make sure containers are easily accessible, free from obstacles, and paths are cleared of snow/ice during inclement weather.
For
bulk items or excess trash, we’re happy to help! Please call our office during business hours
at least 24 hours prior to your pickup day to schedule a special collection.
Additional charges may apply and are due at the time of scheduling.
Containers must be clear from obstacles at service location the evening before your pickup day.
